Ahh i just witnessed Sophie laugh/giggle for the first time! I’m a very excited mommy! :)
1. I’m very minimalist when it comes to packing. You won’t find a lot of junk in my purse. Plus I can’t stand clutter in general.
2. I love snowboarding!
3. I don’t know how to play any instruments, but if I can choose one it would be the guitar.
4. I’m a social butterfly—though i hate butterflies and moths!
5. I’m one of the few fortunate ones to have found their perfect partner in life. #blessed
If there’s one thing I have to say about pregnancy, it would be that it’s uncontrollable/unpredictable. Yes you can take such measures to control the symptoms you get but WHEN they occur is a whole different story. It’s all about listening to your body and responding appropriately. Anyway my estimated due date is on Oct. 14th which is drawing near! I honestly hoped that I would go into labor sooner though but it obviously isn’t up to me. This is really testing my patience and getting me even more anxious…I’m typically the “planner” type so you can just imagine how excruciating this is. I’m afraid I may have to get induced which is the least of my favor. Pls. Sophia come out now mommy wants to hold you already!
About a month or so left and I’m starting to freak out! I always play different scenarios in my head of how everything would happen. Where and when will my water break? How long will I be in labor? Delivery complications…etc. Most people would skip the whole thought of it but I sometimes tend to think of the worst possibilities because once you’ve imagined it, then anything that actually happens won’t seem as bad (or at least I hope not). Of course, I don’t let those things worry or stress me out. Ultimately I know that whatever obstacles I have to go through will be worth it!

Just finished reading this book. I would recommend it to all expecting moms. It’s so funny and easy to read because you can literally relate to everything she talks about. Anyway, I feel so ready to pop! “Nesting” or organizing all of Sophia’s stuff and turning the room into a mini nursery was quite fun. I can’t wait to get her in these cute little dresses and headbands too!!
